Usage

The best method when using Pure Bliss All Natural deodorant is to slow down and be sure to give the entire underarm area a uniform cover.  Simply pressing the deodorant onto your skin for a second will warm up and soften the deodorant to ensure a nice smooth application. Apply to dry skin.  If armpits are damp, can lead to staining on clothing. When finished, retract for storage.

How to Detox

When making the switch to all natural deodorant, you are likely to experience the dreaded pit detoxifying phase. This phase is never enjoyable, but rest easy, it means your body is clearing out all the toxins from antiperspirants. Most people can experience a detox period that lasts from 1 week to a month in extreme cases.  Typically last up to 2 weeks.

In the beginning, you may think all natural deodorant does not work.  Truth is, it does work.  You might experience some “Stink” for the first week or so.  This is typical as your body is expelling all the toxins.  This means, its working.  Don’t back out now!

You will also experience more sweating.  Again, this is normal.  Aluminum antiperspirants clog your sweat glands; in turn it does not allow your body to breathe like it is meant to do.   All natural deodorants allow your body to breath and sweat.  This is the natural process.

Here are some tips to shorten the detox time

• Drink more water!
• Healthy eating. Stay away from processed foods!
• Sweat as much as you can. Flush the toxins out!
